Stronger than the Substance is a social media marketing campaign funded by Healthy QUIN Counties using grant funding from the Minnesota Department of Health to help residents in Northwest Minnesota. This campaign's goal is to increase education, knowledge, awareness, and resources around the harms of cannabis, alcohol, vapes, and opioids for youth, parents/mentors, and the community.
